N2000L Ice Cream Freezer
Runchen FruntTM-N2 is a continuous freezer. The machine transports the ice cream ingredients and the air in a certain quantity to the freezing cylinder with the gear pump. When the ingredients and air pass through the freezing cylinder, the blender will blend them thoroughly. The freezing of the slurry is finished through the evaporation of the liquid refrigerant inside the jacket of the freezing cylinder. The stainless steel blade in the blender scratches the frozen ice cream on the inner wall of the freezing cylinder, and the discharging pump will send out the ice cream and fill the ice cream.
Action
Standard design
The frame, guard plate and the cooling pipeline system of the machine are all made of stainless steel. All the parts contacting the blending materials and the ice cream are made of stainless materials easy to clean and exchange.
Installation
The machine can be directly connected to the power supply, refrigerator, air and slurry.
Freezing Cylinder
The freezing cylinder is made of pure nickel, with hard chromium-plating inner wall and the smooth surface, which provides excellent heat exchange and effective coagulation effect for the blending materials of ice cream.
Refrigeration System
The refrigeration system provides a stable refrigeration capacity to ensure that the ice cream has a proper temperature or viscosity. When the machine is stopped or the refrigeration system is shut off suddenly(for example, the emergency stop), the hot ammonia defrosting is used to prevent freezing. The liquid ammonia should be in the no vapor state and the pressure should not be lower than 4 bar(58 psi). The evaporating temperature of the freezer machine is -34℃(-29℉).
Drive
The driving system is directly transported from the main motor to the blender through a belt pulley.
Feeding Pump and Discharging Pump
It is a group of gear pumps. It can compensate for normal wear through adjusting the gap. The inner surface of the stainless steel pump is treated with special technology to reduce the wear.
Pause
Pause the machine shortly during production to ensure the minimum loss of ice cream ingredients and the relative stability of the quality.
Compressed Air
Control the overrun rate and CIP pump(if provided)with compress.
Control Panel
All the functions of the equipment are performed by the control panel, including the measuring gauge for motor load, the air manometer, pumps, the ON/OFF button of the main motor, the adjuster for controlling refrigeration and flow of slurry pump.
Pump Drive
The power of the feeding pump and discharging pump is from a gear motor controller by the frequency converter. The control scope of speed variation of the feeding pump and discharging pump can be set to be 10%-100%.
Capacity of The Blending Pump
120-1200 liters of slurry per hour(32-317 US Gallon).
Standard Spare Parts
A set of spare parts and tools are included, such as sheaves which are used to change the pressure of the freezing cylinder and belt wheels which are used to reduce the blending and scraping speed.

Condition of Slurry
Generally the ice cream slurry contains 38% solid matter. The actual output and discharging temperature is subjected to formulas of the ice cream.
