Standard design
Frunt™-N1 continuous freezers meet the 3-A sanitary standards symbol of the Foods & Dairy Industry Supply Association, USA. The freezer cabinet and refrigeration system are made of stainless steel. All parts contacting the mix and ice cream are made of stainless steel.
Installation
The machine can be direct connected with the power supply, the refrigerator, the air and the slurry.
Freezing Cylinder
The freezing cylinder is made of special steel tubing, and the inner wall adopts hard chromium plating and mirror-surface treatment.
Refrigeration System
The refrigeration system provides a stable freezing capacity to ensure that there is a stable temperature and viscosity for the ice cream. The hot ammonia defrosting is used to prevent freezing during the period of the discontinuing use or when the refrigeration system is suddenly shut off(like the emergency stop). The liquid ammonia should be in the no vapor state and the pressure should not be lower than 4 bar(58 psi). The return temperature of the freezing machine is -34℃(-29℉).
Drive
The power is conveyed from the main motor to the stirring scraper directly by a belt wheel.
Feeding Pump and Discharging Pump
It is a group of gear pumps. It can compensate for normal wear through adjusting the gap. The inner surface of the stainless steel pump is treated with special chromium plating technology to reduce the wear.
Instantaneous Stop
Emergency stop during production to ensure the minimum loss of ice cream ingredients and the relative stability of the quality.
CIP(clean-in-place)
All parts contacting with products are no disassembly required. Startup the CIP procedure through the control panel, the pumps will be released so that the detergent flows quickly. Pumps and stirring scrapers will startup automatically within a certain interval of time in the procedure of cleaning.
Air Compression System
Control the overrun ratio and the CIP pump(if the CIP pump is provided)by compressing the air.
Control Panel
All functions of the machine are operated from this panel, including the measuring gauge for motor load, the air manometer, pumps, the ON/OFF button of the main motor, the adjuster for controlling refrigeration and slurry pumps.
Pump Driving
The control scope of speed variation of the feeding pump and discharging pump can be set to be 10%-100%.
Capacity of The Blending Pump
80-550 liters of slurry per hour(21-145 US Gallon).
Standard Spare Parts
A set of spare parts and tools are included, such as sheaves to change the pressure of the freezing cylinder and belt wheels are used to reduce the stirring speed.

Three-way piston valve
Connect with the ice cream outlet tube.

Connect with the ice cream outlet tube.

Connect with the ice cream outlet tube.
Fruit Feeding Pump
Feed the liquid spices without solid and pigments in a certain proportion into the freezing cylinder.
Cut-off Valve
The valve is used for the refrigeration system.
Safety Valve
TüV Standard- The safety valve should be equipped in the refrigeration system to meet local refrigeration requirements.
Speed Control Equipment
The equipment is used for stepless speed regulation of the stirring scraper.
Freon Design
There are various Freon can be used. The production is slightly decreased.
Air Flow Meter
The equipment can adjust the air flow to control the overrun ratio.
Gas Drying and Filtration
High standard air source reprocessing.
Supporting Spare Parts
The parts are used for 3000 or 6000 hours of maintenance and repair.

Condition of Slurry
Generally the ice cream slurry contains 38% solid matter. The actual output and discharging temperature is subjected to formulas of the ice cream.
