Structure
1. the tank material is made of stainless steel ,which can meet high hygiene standards.
2. It is composed of inner sleeve ,insulation material ,etc.
3. Insulation material: rock wool, polyurethane foam
4. The equipment inside designs R transition to ensure there is no dead end. Manhole, vent cap, inlet and outlet ,instruments and other connection interfaces are rear flanging.
5. Mixing part: size and installation position could depend on the actual product.

1. Our design is subjected to JB/4735-1997( Steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel), GB I 6798-1997( Food machinery hygiene) to manufacture ,inspection and acceptance .The welding between stainless steel uses ammonia arc, without undercut ,and air hole .
2. Surface dealing ;Mirror ,matte,2B surface ,customized by customer
