Working Principle
The motor drives the quantitative screw to convey granules. Adding granules into ice cream efficiently and stably by the vane pump, then mixing granules and ice cream slurry by the built-in mixer under constant speed. Vane feeding pump is adjusted through the potentiometer.

Add the dried fruit granules, sugar granules or fluidity granule into ice cream.(the equipment is not suitable for viscous materials, as well as those easily absorbing moisture or easy to be absorbed)

FruitTM-FF4000A is a fruit granule feeder with an automatic weighing system and totally meets the needs of food hygiene. The equipment is made of high quality parts and its design can meet strict standards of hygiene, reliability and durability. All parts which would be contacting the ice cream granule are made from 304 stainless steel. There are casters installed on equipment foot, which can be easy to move and install.
Automatic weighing system
It's important that the equipment quantitative feeds are accurate for keeping the consistent quality of products that can prevent the excess consumption of expensive ingredients. The advanced weighing system can continuously record the weight of ingredients and adjust the speed of the feeding screw to ensure that the correct ingredient flow can be conveyed into products. The data in weighing units is input to PLC and the weighing system can calculate the weight loss within a given time and use the data to calculate flows. The difference between the preset flow data and the actual flow data will result that the speed of feeding screw will be adjusted automatically until actual flows are equal to preset flows.
Hopper and Quantitative Cup
In order to ensure the quantitative screw could feed granule stably, mixing device is installed in the hopper. The quantitative screw conveys granules to inlet of vane feeder pump. The speed of mixing can be controlled by PLC automatically.
Vane Feeding Pump
The feeding pump is comprised of the drive wheels of the blade. It could mix granules evenly with ice cream slurry from the continuous freezer. The vane could seal the fruit slurry inlet exactly during rotation, causing ice cream slurry is isolated from the surrounding air. During the cyclic operation of the drive wheels, when vane reaches the ice cream slurry, it will return to drive wheels automatically and put the ice cream slurry down.
Mixer
The mixer is located in the vane pump outlet. It can further mix ice cream slurry and fruit granules evenly and the mixing speed can be stepless adjusted.
