Z12 Ice Cream Rotary Filler
Principle
Stack cups on the cup dispenser part, and these would be dropped to insert tub one by one to wait for filling. Based on different raw material like ice cream, jam, and water-ice, we will provide different filling types such as quantitative filling, intermittent filling, and squeeze cutting filling (one cutting device would be attached).
Runchen Krunt-Z12 also could be configured with different decoration parts to decorate ice cream surface. In accordance with different types of product, it could choose different lid adding functions. It could also heat seal products by pre cutting the film.
After lids are added or sealed, the ejection part would eject products and convey them out from the filler to get quickly frozen, till packed.

Use
It is used to fill cones, plastic cups, and plastic boxes in various sizes with products like ice cream, jam, and water-ice. The standard machine can produce only one type of ice cream production, but if users adopt different optional equipment, it can produce more various types of cones and cup ice cream.
Runchen Krunt-Z12 is a low cost solution which is very suitable for small sizes factory. It could meet customers who don't have high product output requirements but have requirements for a variety of ice cream types and high stable quality. It can also be used for ice cream development laboratories ' small scale testing production.
Standard design
Main Frame
Standard KruntTM-Z12 frame is made of stainless steel. The filler design can meet international high hygiene standards. Its opening frame structure can avoid accumulation of water efficiently and results it can be cleaned conveniently.
All components design including nozzle, silicone hose and drive parts conform to requirements of easy connection, easy replacement and convenient cleaning.
Main Drive system
The frequency motor drives the swing indexer and rotation indexer, and controls the module to rotate intermittently, and controls the workstation up and down. Sending periodic signal to PLC by rotary program code to control cylinder precisely, and make all parts to work stably.
Controlling System
KruntTM-Z12 rotary filler is controlled by center PLC. With PLC, the ice cream production can be controlled accurately, and the replacement of products will be very convenient. It has 2MB data storage space, and could start and stop automatically. Tens of products can be pre programmed.
Products data would be shown on the PLC screen, and the whole control panel is equipped with touch buttons and digital display screens, providing convenient operation and monitoring.
Air Compressor System and Vacuum System
For food hygiene reasons, all parts for air compressor are made from materials which are free of corrosion and lubrication. All valves are electrically activated and are built into the cabinet of the machine. The standard machines are fully selected from Festo products. The vacuum system parts which are required for the cup, container and lid dispensing attachments consist of professional vacuum valves.

More stable frame:

Adopt the modular swing indexer and rotation indexer, and thus the main engine runs more stable , and has a convenient overhaul and maintenance. Most work stations use pure mechanical structure to make the KruntTM-Z12 runs stable and has low noise .
Constant temperature chocolate system:
Constant temperature heating technology is used in the filling nozzle to avoid the blocking phenomenon caused by the solidification of chocolate when the ambient temperature is low.
