FruitTM-WF4000 Mixer

Working Principle
The motor drives the quantitative screw to convey granules. Adding granules into ice cream efficiently and stably by a rotating plunger pump, then mixing granules and ice cream slurry by the built-in mixer under constant speed. The rotating plunger pump is adjusted through the potentiometer.

Add the dried fruit granules, sugar granules or fluidity granule into ice cream.(the equipment is not suitable for viscous materials, as well as those easily absorbing moisture or easy to be absorbed)

Standard Design

Fruit^TM-WF4000 is a fruit granule feeder and totally meets the needs of food hygiene. The equipment is made of high quality parts and its design can meet strict standards of hygiene, reliability and durability. All parts which would be contacting the ice cream granule are made from 304 stainless steel. There are casters installed on equipment foot, which can be easy to move and install.

Hopper and Quantitative Cup

In order to ensure the quantitative screw could feed granule stably, mixing device is installed in the hopper. The quantitative screw conveys granules to the inlet of the rotating plunger pump. The speed of quantitative screw could be adjusted from 0% to 100%.

Rotating Plunger Pump

The rotating plunger pump is comprised of rotors with 5 plungers. It could mix granules evenly with ice cream slurry from the continuous freezer. Rotors could seal the fruit slurry inlet exactly during rotation, causing ice cream slurry to be isolated from the surrounding air. During the cyclic operation of rotors, when plungers reach the ice cream slurry, they will be ejected automatically and push fruit granules into the ice cream slurry. The stepless adjustment can be made for the running speed of rotors through the potentiometer.

Mixer

The mixer is located in the plunger pump outlet. It can further mix ice cream slurry and fruit granules evenly by maintaining a constant speed.

CIP Online Cleaning

CIP cleaning procedure can be started up by controlling operation panel, which could adjust the space between feeder pump and mixing part to the factory presets. So that it would be convenient to remove the mixing part and the quantitative screw to do hand cleaning.
